Q1. My event is outside of the UK. Can I take out a Shows, Fairs & Exhibitions policy with you?
A: We can offer cover for events which are outside of the UK but we do need to speak to you - our online application facility is currently unable to cater to non-UK based events. Q2: I am not a permanent UK resident. Can I still take out Shows, Fairs & Exhibitions insurance with you?
A: We can offer cover for clients who reside or are registered outside of the UK but we do need to speak to you - our online application facility is currently unable to cater to non-UK based clients. Q3: My event runs for longer than 4 days. Can you still cover my event and if so, at what additional cost?
A: We can cover events longer than 4 days in duration. Please apply online for a quotation and we will get back to you with a bespoke premium.

Q4: The attendance at my event is due to exceed the 10,000 limit on your rating guide. Can you still cover me?
A: Yes, we can still quote for you, but this needs to be done by referral to our Underwriters. Please complete our online application form and we will get back to you with a bespoke premium.

Q5: Which level of Public Liability cover do I require?
A: It is best to check with the local council or the venue you are using. They may stipulate that you require a certain level. If not, it really is up to you.
