One Off Event Insurance - Ideal Short Term Public Liability Cover
Our one off event insurance meets the demands and needs of those who wish to insure their organisation of an event for public liability and employers’ liability; event cancellation and abandonment or damage to event equipment.
With cover for up to 4 consecutive days per single event, this policy is suitable for a wide variety of UK-based one-off, short term events. If needed, we can also extend most parts of the policy to tailor for the needs of your event.

One Off Public Liability Insurance Coverage for Event Holders
Our standard one off event liability insurance policy can offer public liability for up to £10 million for up to 20,000 visitors per event. However, if you’re looking to cover larger events and/or need higher cover, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we can extend most parts of our policies on request.
We cover accidental bodily injury which occurs to a member of the public, or accidental damage to third party property, as long as it is proven to be as a result of your negligence in connection with the event.
The policy will respond to pay damages, claimant’s costs and expenses as well as offering defence costs.
Employer’s Liability Insurance Coverage
Employer’s liability cover is potentially relevant if you have any volunteers or helpers of employees who are working at your event and fall outside of the organising committee.
We can provide cover for £5 million and up to 50 volunteers/helpers per event.
Cancellation Cover
Cancellation, abandonment or postponement cover is an additional option which offers protection for irrecoverable costs incurred as a result of your event not going ahead or being delayed. This policy can also include optional adverse weather cover - perfect for unpredictable British weather!
Event Equipment
Event equipment cover can also be added too to cover any accidental loss of or physical damage to event equipment.

The total visitors covered are calculated against the total number of visitors attending throughout the entire duration of the event.
Our one-off event insurance policies with public liability start from as little as £69. This will cover you for up to 100 visitors to your event plus public liability protection up to £1 million. We of course can provide cover for many more visitors than this and higher public liability amounts of more than £10 million.
