Yes - however, the policy will not extend to cover the overseas events. We do have a facility with an additional insurer with whom we aim to find cover for the non-UK events.

We can still help you even if you are not a permanent UK resident. Yes - we offer “member-to-member” cover for any official clubs with paying members.

We can cover events longer than 3 days in duration. Please complete our enquiry form to apply for a quotation.

Yes - we can still quote for you but this needs to be done by referral to our Underwriters. Please complete our online application form and one of our lovely team will be in touch with you shortly with a bespoke premium.

It is best to check with the local council or the venue you are using; they may stipulate a certain level that you require. If not, it really is up to you.

It doesn't matter whether a helper is paid or unpaid - employers' liability is a good idea to have as it offers valuable protection to you as the event organiser. Depending on your type of organisation, it may also be a legal requirement. You still have a responsibility towards the people you use to help you, even though you are not paying them.

Yes - we can offer this cover on a 'per event' basis, with extensions for non-appearance of a key person or adverse weather also available. If you need cancellation cover for all of your events, we can still help.
