Easter Holiday Hours
We are closed from 5 pm on the 17th April until 9 am on the 22nd April for the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend.
If your event falls on those days and you require cover, please ensure that all applications, enquiries and requests are completed and submitted to us before 1 pm on the 17th April.
Anything received after 1 pm we can't guarantee that we will be able to provide you with the cover you've requested.
We will be looking to prioritise events which fall over the weekend.
Thank you for your understanding.

We can cover events longer than 4 days in duration. Please apply online for a quotation and we will get back to you with a bespoke premium.
Yes, we can still quote for you, but this needs to be done by referral to our Underwriters. Please complete our online application form and we will get back to you with a bespoke premium.
It is best to check with the local council or the venue you are using. They may stipulate that you require a certain level. If not, it really is up to you.
No matter how far in advance of your event date that you take out your insurance policy, it will not increase the premium you have to pay.
In fact, if you take out cancellation cover as part of your policy, you will actually have more cover for the same cost as the cancellation part of your policy will be active from when you take out the policy, right up to the event itself. Find out more about our cancellation cover on our festival insurance page.
The short answer is yes, we do offer adverse weather cover as an add-on to your main insurance policy. However, a couple of things to bear in mind:
Firstly, we won't be able to offer adverse weather cover if it is within 14 days of the event itself. In fact, we recommend that you take out adverse weather cover as far in advance as possible.
The second thing to know is that it is harder for us to be able to offer you adverse weather cover for your festival or event if the event itself has a history of being cancelled due to bad weather, or if it is held in an area with a history of flooding, for example.
Please do give one of our Underwriters a call directly if you would like to discuss adverse weather cover, on 01425 470360.
