With 10 consecutive days cover per single event, or 5 consecutive days for up to 10 events including setup and take down if required, the exhibitor’s policy provides cost effective cover should anything go wrong at the event.

What Does the Exhibitors Insurance Policy Cover?
Our Exhibitors insurance policy, protects organisers from public liability claims, cancellation, postponement or abandonment and adverse weather. You also have the option to add Employer’s Liability and/or Event Equipment and Products Damage cover, so you are protected no matter what occurs! Trade Show Insurance
If you’re planning a trade show and looking for trade show public liability insurance, you’ve come to the right place! As with any exhibition, there are certain insurance considerations you will need to make ahead of the event. We offer three main covers for trade show insurance, along with, event cancellation insurance for single events. So, what insurance might a trade show need?
Exhibition Public Liability Insurance
In the event of an injury caused by negligence at your trade show or exhibition, public liability insurance will cover accidental injuries to the public and accidental damage to third party property.
Employers Liability Insurance
Employers liability insurance will cover damages, expenses and claimants costs relating to injury to anyone you have employed to take part in your trade show or exhibition (this includes volunteers, employees, helpers and temporary staff).
Event Equipment Insurance
Event equipment insurance will cover accidental damage, loss or theft for items brought or hired for the event that are not already part of the venue’s fixtures or fittings.
Event Cancellation Insurance
In the event that you must cancel your trade show or exhibition for reasons out of your control, event cancellation insurance can cover costs incurred such as the pitch booked for the exhibition.
