We are closed from 5 pm on the 17th April until 9 am on the 22nd April for the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend.
If your event falls on those days and you require cover, please ensure that all applications, enquiries and requests are completed and submitted to us before 1 pm on the 17th April.
Anything received after 1 pm we can't guarantee that we will be able to provide you with the cover you've requested.
We will be looking to prioritise events which fall over the weekend.

National Wedding Show Launches Own Brand Wedding Insurance
Event Insurance Services, the UK’s leading provider of event insurance, has today announced the launch of a white label deal with Ocean Media, to provide own brand wedding insurance for the National Wedding Show.
Event Insurance Services, the UK’s leading provider of event insurance, has today announced the launch of a white label deal with Ocean Media, to provide own brand wedding insurance for the National Wedding Show.
Ocean Media, the organisers behind many of the UK’s market leading events, including the renowned National Wedding Shows in London, Birmingham and Manchester, were looking to offer a market-leading insurance product to the 80,000+ visitors they have each year.
In conjunction with their marketing partner, InEvexco, Event Insurance Services have provided a branded portal for NWS visitors to quote and bind online, including a payment facility, and are also providing a team of people to promote the product at the upcoming Wedding Shows and Fairs.
